The concept started back in 2008, but as you know not much gets done during the summer as we are all out driving around. We recognized that within the province of Ontario a number of individuals, small groups and clubs had formed but were very informal in nature. The idea was that if we could get a larger group of people together we could start recognizing the influence that a larger group has on the public,  businesses,  events and even our hobby. We fully intend to keep the same local groups intact, the forum will cater to those existing relationships that have built up over the years where with a moments notice 5 - 10 cars meet for a cruise through the countryside.  What we envisioned were opportunities to not only include a much larger group on these types of activities but  to start organizing events that appeal to a broader audience.

Other than the usual cruises and events such as the British car show we have been discussing new ideas such as giving a ride to local sick kids hospital or rides for charity "teddy bear run" etc., we recognize that this is not something  everyone wants to or even can participate in, therefore all events will be optional and no one will be required or expected to do something they  are not comfortable with. I guess our mission statement really says it all.
